Supporting the Education of marginalized Girls in Kailali (STEM)

The Supporting the Education of Marginalized Girls in Kailali (STEM) project was implemented across 30 community schools in Kailali District. This initiative aimed to address educational disparities faced by marginalized girls by improving access to quality education and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Through targeted interventions, the project focused on reducing barriers to education, such as financial constraints, social norms, and inadequate resources. Key activities included providing scholarships, facilitating mentorship programs, and improving school infrastructure to create a more supportive and equitable educational setting for girls.

By empowering marginalized girls with the tools and opportunities to succeed, the STEM project contributed to breaking cycles of poverty and promoting gender equity in education across Kailali District.
