Library Support Program
The Library Support Program was implemented in Kailali District, covering Bhajani Municipality and Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, from February 2013 to December 2018. The project aimed to foster a love for learning and reading among children by building and supporting school libraries.
The initiative focused on creating child-friendly library spaces equipped with age-appropriate books, educational materials, and resources to support holistic learning. By enhancing the library infrastructure and training teachers in effective library management, the project provided children with a stimulating environment that encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.
Through its efforts, the Library Support Program played a significant role in improving access to quality educational resources, nurturing reading habits, and contributing to the overall academic growth of children in the region.
